The Classic Coverall is made from EXCEL FR® navy fabric and features a two-way concealed NOMEX® taped brass break-away zipper along with a concealed snap at the top of the zipper and neck. This one-piece garment is topstitched and includes a lay-flat collar, hemmed sleeves, and two set-in front pockets, one chest pocket, and two patch hip pockets, as well as side vent openings for improved mobility. The coverall is designed to meet the stringent requirements of multiple standards including NFPA 2112 for flame-resistant garments, EN ISO 11612:2008 for protective clothing against heat and flame, EN 340:2003 for general requirements for protective clothing, and IEC 61482-2:2009 for protective clothing against thermal hazards of electric arcs.
