It features a banded topstitched button-down collar, topstitched cuffs with button closure, a placket front with button closure, and a tailored sleeve placket. The women's style includes darts for a true women's look and fit. This flame-resistant garment complies with several standards, including NFPA 2112 Standard on Flame-Resistant Garments for Protection of Industrial Personnel Against Flash Fire 2012 Edition, EN ISO 11612:2008 for Protective Clothing Against Heat and Flame, EN 340:2003 for General Requirements in Protective Clothing, and IEC 61482-2:2009 for Protective Clothing Against the Thermal Hazards of an Electric Arc.
