BSC Preferred's™ Series Medium Stand Cooler Fans provide portable cooling for personnel or processes, featuring a heavy-duty construction designed for demanding industrial locations such as steel mills, foundries, factories, and warehouses. The fans include front and rear OSHA style concentric circle wire guards on all sizes except the 60" model, which has a 1/2" wire mesh. They are equipped with rugged spark-resistant cast aluminum propellers and industrial-grade TEFC motors as standard, with explosion-proof motors available for hazardous locations. The medium and high stand fans can rotate 180 degrees on their center mount axis, while all models have the cord wired to the motor and extended through the fan housing, except for explosion-proof fans. Optional accessories include caster sets comprising two fixed and two swivel locking casters, as well as manual starting switches with built-in overload protection, specifically mounted and wired for fans with TEFC motors. The fans are available with coatings for outdoor service or harsh environments, feature a belt drive configuration, and utilize fabricated steel propellers. They come with a limited warranty of one year.
