This slitting package is designed for slitting up to 4 finish rolls on 3" cores, accommodating a maximum supply roll material width of up to 10" and maximum roll diameters of 12". It includes the S-200 label slitter, which features 3 slitting blades, along with the CAT-3-CHUCK-10-HTO shaft rewinder, CAT-3-W10 shaft unwinder, and a locking bar to combine the 3 units together. The kit also comes with an HSB-10 10-pack of replacement blades, 2 aluminum 8" OD separator plates, and 3 plastic 8" OD separator plates. These label slitters provide a quick and efficient solution for slitting multiple-across label rolls into single rolls, facilitating off-line slitting with the included kits.
