The kit includes snap fly front overalls that are ANSI/ISEA 107 Class E compliant for high visibility and conform to ASTM F1891 for arc thermal performance and NFPA 70E - HRC 2. Additionally, the overalls meet ASTM F2733 standards for flash fire performance, featuring a fluorescent yellow-green background for excellent daytime visibility. Equipped with 2" silver reflective tape, they reflect light for 360° nighttime conspicuity. The design incorporates Therm-O-Rad sealed seams for 100% waterproof protection and non-conductive hardware. They feature self-material suspenders with heavy-duty quick-release buckles and crossover, along with hook & loop take-up straps on ankle cuffs for an adjustable fit. The overalls are flame-resistant, self-extinguishing with flameout and afterglow less than or equal to 2 seconds after removal of the ignition source, and char length is less than 6 inches, as per test method ASTM D6413.
