The kit includes snap fly front overalls that are ANSI/ISEA 107 Class E compliant for high visibility and conform to ASTM F1891 for arc thermal performance as well as NFPA 70E - HRC 2. These overalls also meet ASTM F2733 standards for flash fire performance, featuring a fluorescent orange-red background to ensure excellent daytime visibility. For nighttime safety, the design incorporates 2" silver reflective tape that reflects light for 360° conspicuity. The overalls offer 100% waterproof protection via Therm-O-Rad sealed seams and use non-conductive hardware. Self material suspenders are equipped with heavy-duty quick release buckles and crossover straps, while hook & loop take-up straps on the ankle cuffs allow for an adjustable fit. Additionally, they are flame resistant, self-extinguishing with a flame-out and afterglow of less than or equal to 2 seconds after removal of the ignition source, with a char length less than 6 inches, as per test method ASTM D6413.
