The kit includes snap fly front overalls that are ANSI/ISEA 107 Class E compliant for high visibility and conform to ASTM F1891 for arc thermal performance, as well as NFPA 70E - HRC 2 and ASTM F2733 for flash fire performance. The overalls feature a fluorescent yellow-green background for excellent daytime visibility and are equipped with 2" silver reflective tape that reflects light for 360° nighttime conspicuity. They also incorporate Therm-O-Rad sealed seams for 100% waterproof protection and utilize non-conductive hardware. The design includes self material suspenders with heavy-duty quick release buckles and crossovers, along with hook & loop take-up straps on the ankle cuffs for an adjustable fit. The fabric is flame resistant, self-extinguishing with a flameout and afterglow time of less than or equal to 2 seconds after removal of the ignition source, and exhibits a char length of less than 6 inches, as per test method ASTM D6413.
