The kit includes snap fly front overalls that are ANSI/ISEA 107 Class E compliant for high visibility, conforming to ASTM F1891 for arc thermal performance and NFPA 70E - HRC 2 standards, as well as ASTM F2733 for flash fire performance. The overalls feature a fluorescent yellow-green background for excellent daytime visibility, complemented by 2" silver reflective tape that provides 360° nighttime conspicuity. They are designed with Therm-O-Rad sealed seams for 100% waterproof protection and utilize non-conductive hardware. Self material suspenders are equipped with heavy-duty quick-release buckles and a crossover design, while hook & loop take-up straps on the ankle cuffs allow for an adjustable fit. Additionally, the fabric is flame resistant, self-extinguishing with flameout and afterglow of less than or equal to 2 seconds after the removal of the ignition source, and has a char length of less than 6 inches, as per ASTM D6413 testing methods.
