The kit includes snap fly front overalls that are ANSI/ISEA 107 Class E compliant for high visibility and conform to ASTM F1891 for arc thermal performance as well as NFPA 70E - HRC 2. They also adhere to ASTM F2733 standards for flash fire performance, featuring a fluorescent yellow-green background for excellent daytime visibility. Additionally, the overalls are equipped with 2" silver reflective tape that reflects light for 360° nighttime conspicuity. The Therm-O-Rad sealed seams ensure 100% waterproof protection, while the non-conductive hardware enhances safety. The self-material suspenders come with heavy-duty quick release buckles and crossover design, complemented by hook & loop take-up straps on the ankle cuffs for an adjustable fit. These overalls are flame resistant, self-extinguishing with a flameout and afterglow time of less than or equal to 2 seconds after the removal of the ignition source, and exhibit a char length of less than 6 inches, as verified by test method ASTM D6413.
