The Century Pool Filter Motor operates on 115/230 volts with a speed of 3450 RPM and a power output of 1/2HP. It features automatic overload protection, a capacitor start, and a capacitor start-capacitor run design. The motor utilizes a NEMA 56C face mount, is not reversible, and has a counterclockwise rotation (CCWPE). It is equipped with sealed ball bearings and a sealed switch design, adhering to the 1081 design specification and capable of functioning in a 50°C ambient environment. The motor is built with a 303 stainless shaft for models 56J and 56C, and a 304 ball bearing on the shaft end.
