The Ashland conveyor ball transfer drop-in insert plate with 2" centers has a ball capacity of 75 lbs. each and is designed for existing conveyors. This drop-in insert plate allows for the removal of rollers and provides ball assembly insert plates that can be dropped in and bolted onto conveyors with 1.9" and 1-3/8" rollers. The kit is intended to replace roller sections with ball transfer plates for smoother handling of loads up to 75 lbs. The plate dimensions and mounting centers are designed to match standard roller spacing of 2", ensuring compatibility and ease of installation.
