The 1-1/4 in. 304 stainless steel 45 degree elbow features female national pipe thread (FNPT) and is rated for Class 150 with a pressure capacity of 300 psi. This import fitting is designed to join two or more lengths of pipe or to close off the end of a pipe, providing the ability to connect pipes in a straight line, change the direction of flow, increase or reduce flow, or effectively seal the pipe end to stop flow. It complies with ISO procedures and meets specifications including material made from 304 stainless steel, threads conforming to ANSI B1.20.1, and dimensions consistent with ISO49. Each fitting is subjected to a thread test, pneumatic pressure testing, material composition analysis, and the removal of burrs to prevent sealant severing and ensure reliable seals.
