The 3M™ 4930 double sided VHB acrylic foam tape measures 1/2 inch by 5 yards with a thickness of 25 mil and is white in color, sold as a single roll. This super strong VHB™ tape offers the simplicity of a tape fastener combined with incredible strength, capable of replacing rivets, bolts, screws, spot-welds, liquid adhesives, and other permanent fasteners in many applications. It is designed for bonding stiffeners, attaching aluminum skin to steel supports of trucks, vans, and ambulances, as well as bonding architectural signs to frames. The tape features a general-purpose adhesive on both sides of a firm type foam that is moisture, solvent, and UV resistant, suitable for temperature ranges from -40° to 200° F. It has a kraft paper liner and is composed of white acrylic foam with an acrylic adhesive. The product complies with UL746C standards.
