The 3M™ 4905 double sided VHB™ acrylic foam tape measures 1/2 inch by 5 yards with a thickness of 20 mil and is clear in color, provided as one roll. This super strong VHB™ tape offers the simplicity of a tape fastener combined with incredible strength, often replacing rivets, bolts, screws, spot-welds, liquid adhesives, and other permanent fasteners. It is suitable for sealing skylight inner and outer domes, mounting back-lit translucent signs, or edge-bonding resin-filled glass, and is recommended specifically for glass and acrylic applications. The tape is moisture, solvent, and UV resistant, capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -40° to 200° Fahrenheit. It features a red polyethylene film liner and a clear acrylic foam carrier coated with an acrylic adhesive. The product includes a manufacturer’s warranty covering performance and material defects.
