This drop box with an adjustable chute is designed for check drop, keys, car remotes, and bulky items up to one inch thick. It features a tubular-style key lock with a double "D" configuration, which can be retrofitted with other cam locks. The chute is adjustable for walls between 3-1/4" to 7-3/4" thick, and it includes a piano hinge for durability. The drop opening measures 1" thick and 8-1/2" wide, making it sufficient for dropping keys, while a metal baffle protects the slot. The drop box comes with pre-drilled mounting holes in the back and includes mounting hardware for wood and concrete applications, as well as two tubular keys. The exterior dimensions are 12" (W) x 16" (H) x 6" (D), with a door clearance of 7-1/4" (W) x 9-1/4" (H) and a drop opening of 8-1/2" (W) x 1" (H).
