The Houzer E-100U Mocha Quartztone Series Granite Dual Mount Bar/Prep Sink is a square bar/prep sink designed for kitchen prep or hospitality bars, constructed from 80% fine quartz sand and 20% high-grade acrylic. This Quartztone granite material is three times harder than natural granite, offering a silky touch and ease of maintenance. Its non-porous surface ensures hygienic properties, making it easy to clean while deterring stains and contaminants for antibacterial protection. The sink is highly resistant to thermal shock, UV stable, and can withstand heat up to 500°F, providing durability against fading, chips, and scratches. The bowl measures 15-3/4 in. by 15-3/4 in. by 8-3/16 in. deep and supports a dual mount installation option, allowing for either topmount or undermount setups. Included with the sink are installation instructions, mounting clips, and a template for easy installation. This model complies with ASME A112.19.3-2000 and UPC standards, and it fits a 24 in. cabinet.
