The molded plastic dual liner dispenser holds approximately 50 liners per dispenser, providing convenience for users. Additionally, it includes a safety belt with a one-hand adjustable cam-buckle for enhanced security. This unit is recess mounted and complies with the ASTM F2285 standard, which mandates that commercial diaper changing stations support a minimum of 100 lbs.
