The Destin-LX, a heavy-duty retractable awning by Awntech, features an aluminum protective hood and is designed for wall mount installation. It is available in both manual and motorized versions, with an option for remote operation. The awning comes in various sizes, ranging from 8 ft. to 24 ft. wide, with standard projections of 7 ft. to 10 ft., and optional projections of 11.5 ft. and 12 ft. for models 14 ft. wide and larger. It is constructed with a structural steel and aluminum frame that is powder coated in white, and features heavy-duty motorized operation with a manual override. The multi-chamber stainless steel cabled lateral arms allow for adjustable pitch. The awning is covered with 100% solution-dyed acrylic fabric that is resistant to rust, fading, and mildew, available in a range of solid and striped patterns. Additionally, the valance can be removed and stored during the winter months. Optional accessories include a winter cover, wind sensor, and breeze supports. This product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
