The Key West is a heavy duty luxury full-cassette retractable awning by Beauty-Mark, manufactured by AwnTech, available in manual or motorized versions with a remote control option. It features a white powder-coated structural steel and aluminum frame and multi-chamber stainless steel cabled lateral arms with adjustable pitch. The awning is offered in sizes ranging from 8 ft. to 24 ft. wide, with projections of 7 ft. to 10 ft., designed exclusively for wall mounting. Its fabric is 100% solution-dyed acrylic, resistant to rust, fading, and mildew, available in multiple solid and striped patterns, and includes a removable valance for winter storage. The package includes a full cassette design that protects the fabric and mechanism when retracted. Additional accessories such as a winter cover, wind sensor, and breeze supports can be purchased separately. The Key West awning comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
