The Key West by Beauty-Mark is a heavy duty luxury full-cassette retractable awning by AwnTech, available in manual or motorized versions with a remote option. It features a powder-coated white structural steel and aluminum frame, offering sizes ranging from 8 ft. to 24 ft. wide with projections from 7 ft. up to 10 ft. The fabric is 100% solution-dyed acrylic, resistant to rust, fading, and mildew, and is offered in various solid and striped patterns. The awning includes multi-chamber stainless steel cabled lateral arms with adjustable pitch and operates via a manual gear mechanism. Designed for wall mounting only, the valance is removable for winter storage. Optional accessories include a winter cover, wind sensor, and breeze supports. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
