The Key West is a heavy duty luxury full-cassette retractable awning by Awntech under the Beauty-Mark brand, available in manual or motorized versions with a remote option. It features a powder-coated white frame made of structural steel and aluminum, with multi-chamber stainless steel cabled lateral arms and adjustable pitch for durability and performance. The awning comes in widths ranging from 8 ft. to 24 ft. and projections of 7 ft. to 10 ft., designed for wall mount only. The fabric is 100% solution-dyed acrylic, resistant to rust, fading, and mildew, offered in various solid and striped patterns. The removable valance allows for easy storage during winter. Additional accessories such as a winter cover, wind sensor, and breeze supports can be purchased separately. The Key West awning has a five-year limited warranty.
