The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, is a popular fixed awning designed for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down draft, obstacle, and weight positioning tests. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings. The fabrics are rust, fade, and mildew resistant and available in multiple designer solids and stripes, with options for trim color and valance style. The awning has an elegant sloped design with a solid frame straight valance and comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
