The Charleston® scrolled arm awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, is designed for both residential and commercial applications, offering an elegant scrolled arm style that complements most architectural designs. The awning features a structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening, making assembly straightforward. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics composed of 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and resistant to rust, fading, and mildew. This product includes a five-year limited warranty.
