The Charleston® scrolled arm awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed for both residential and commercial applications, featuring an elegant scrolled arm style that fits most architectural styles. It includes a full structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, providing durability against serious weather conditions. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening for a secure fit. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, offering rust, fade, and mildew resistance. The fabrics are available in a variety of designer solids and stripes. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
