The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning by Beauty-Mark® and Awntech® is a fixed awning designed for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacle impact, and weight positioning. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and available in various designer solids and stripes. Additional options include trim color and valance style. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into position, and tightening. The awning has an elegant sloped design with a solid frame straight valance and is rust, fade, and mildew resistant. It comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
