The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, is a popular fixed awning for both residential and commercial applications, engineered with a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame and stainless steel hardware designed to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, validated through extreme wind tunnel testing including up/down drafts, obstacle and weight positioning. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings that are rust, fade, and mildew resistant, available in multiple designer solids and stripes with optional trim color and valance style. Installation involves securing a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. The awning features an elegant slope design with a solid frame straight valance and comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
