It features a full structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, ensuring durability against serious weather conditions unlike other modular fixed awnings. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. The canopy is constructed from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns with UV and water-resistant coatings, making it rust, fade, and mildew resistant and available in various designer solids and stripes. The product includes the kit with the frame, hardware, and acrylic canopy, and carries a 5-year limited warranty.
