The Charleston® Scrolled Arm Awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by AwnTech®, is designed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial buildings with its elegant scrolled arm style that fits most architectural designs. The awning features a full structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, providing superior durability compared to other modular fixed awnings that may collapse or detach in gusty winds. Assembly is straightforward, involving the installation of wall brackets followed by securing the awning into place. The canopy fabric is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, ensuring rust, fade, and mildew resistance. Beauty-Mark® fabrics are available in various designer solids and stripes. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
