The Charleston® Scrolled Arm Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech® designed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of both residential and commercial properties with its elegant scrolled arm style that fits most architectural styles. It features a full structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, unlike other modular fixed awnings that may collapse or detach in gusty wind conditions. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, which are 100% solution dyed, woven from anti-microbial yarns, and treated with UV and water resistant coatings, available in various designer solids and stripes. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening, making assembly straightforward. The awning comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
