The awning features a full structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, ensuring durability where other modular fixed awnings may fail. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, offering resistance to rust, fading, and mildew. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening, making the process straightforward. The Charleston® comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
