The Charleston® scrolled arm awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed for both residential and commercial applications to enhance architectural styles with its elegant scrolled arms. The kit includes a full structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening the components, making assembly straightforward. The canopy features Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and designed to be rust, fade, and mildew resistant. The fabrics are available in many designer solids and stripes. The Charleston® awning comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
