Awntech's Beauty-Mark® Destin Exe® heavy-duty retractable awning features an aluminum protective hood and utilizes heavier fabric compared to the Destin LX models, with a galvanized steel torsion bar for enhanced durability. This energy-saving retractable awning is available in manual or motorized versions with remote control options and is powder coated in white. Sizes range from 8 ft. to 24 ft. wide, with projections of 7 ft. up to a standard 10 ft., and optional projections of 11.5 ft. and 12 ft. for models 14 ft. wide and larger. The fabric is made of 100% solution-dyed acrylic, which is rust, fade, and mildew resistant, and is offered in a variety of solid and striped patterns. The valance can be removed and stored during winter, and the awning is designed for wall mounting only. Additional accessories such as winter covers, wind sensors, and breeze supports are available separately. Key features include a heavy-duty motorized operation with manual override, multi-chamber stainless steel cabled lateral arms, adjustable pitch, structural steel and aluminum frame powder coated in white, and a 5-year limited warranty.
