The Awntech MTR18-EXE-K retractable awning features a right motor design with dimensions of 18' wide, 11/16' high, and 10' deep, finished in black. This heavy-duty Maui-Exe model is a standard retractable awning that includes galvanized and powder-coated steel components, along with a fabric that is heavier than other models. It is available in manual or motorized versions, with a remote operation option. Size options range from 8 ft. to 24 ft. wide, with standard projections from 7 ft. to 10 ft., and optional projections of 11.5 ft. and 12 ft. for 14 ft. wide and larger models. The awning is equipped with 100% solution-dyed acrylic fabric, resistant to rust, fading, and mildew, and is available in a variety of solid and striped patterns. The valance is removable and can be stored during winter. Designed for wall mount installation only, this model includes features such as a heavy-duty motorized awning with manual override, multi-chamber stainless steel cabled lateral arms, adjustable pitch, and a structural steel and aluminum frame, all powder-coated in white. Additionally, it comes with a 5-year limited warranty. Options for further customization include a winter cover, wind sensor, and breeze supports.
