The Charleston® Scrolled Arm Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed for both residential and commercial applications with an elegant scrolled arm style that complements most architectural designs. The kit includes a full frame manufactured from structural aluminum with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, providing superior durability compared to other modular fixed awnings. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, positioning the awning into the brackets, and tightening for easy assembly. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water resistant coatings, and is resistant to rust, fading, and mildew. The fabrics are available in various designer solids and stripes. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
