The Charleston® Scrolled Arm Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech® designed to enhance the beauty of residential and commercial buildings with its elegant scrolled arms style that fits most architectural designs. The kit includes a full structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware and a canopy made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water resistant coatings; these fabrics are rust, fade, and mildew resistant and available in various designer solids and stripes. Engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, the awning is easy to assemble and install by securing wall brackets, setting the frame into the brackets, and tightening. The Charleston® is designed for durability in serious weather conditions and carries a 5-year limited warranty.
