The Charleston® Scrolled Arm Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed to enhance the beauty of both residential and commercial properties with its elegant scrolled arms. The awning features a structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, unlike other modular fixed awnings that may fail in gusty conditions. Installation requires mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening, making assembly straightforward. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, providing resistance to rust, fading, and mildew. Beauty-Mark® fabrics come in many designer solids and stripes. The Charleston® Scrolled Arm Awning includes a 5-year limited warranty.
