The Charleston® Scrolled Arm Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech® designed to enhance the beauty of both residential and commercial buildings with its elegant scrolled arms and versatile architectural style. It features a structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, ensuring durability that surpasses other modular fixed awnings on the market. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, which are 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, providing rust, fade, and mildew resistance. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening, making the assembly easy. The product includes the awning frame, hardware, and canopy, and comes with a five-year limited warranty.
