The Charleston® Scrolled Arm Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech® designed for both residential and commercial applications, combining an elegant scrolled arm style with rugged construction. The kit includes a full structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, suitable for most architectural styles. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics composed of 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and is rust, fade, and mildew resistant. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening, making assembly straightforward. This product is backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
