The U.S. Coast Guard approved Type V work vest is designed with durable fabric that resists tears and punctures, featuring an extended sizing option to accommodate a chest measurement between 30"-65". It incorporates a soft extended neoprene neckline for enhanced all-day comfort and includes an attachment on the air chamber for a safety light. The vest is made with SOLAS grade reflective material for improved visibility and has a 2" body belt for added strength and durability. Two stainless steel slide adjusters facilitate easier donning, and a USCG approved/SOLAS compliant whistle is attached for safety. The vest automatically inflates upon immersion in water or when the wearer pulls the "jerk to inflate" handle, and it is also equipped with a back-up oral inflation option. When fully inflated, it provides a minimum buoyancy of 35 lbs. The in-sight feature indicates the vest's status, showing green if it is armed and ready for use and red if it is not. For rearming, the use of rearming kit #1362 (sold separately) is required.
