The Steel King® seismic pallet rack upright measures 42"W x 192"H and is designed to meet increasingly stringent building codes requiring compliance with seismic standards, ensuring that pallet rack systems are robust enough to endure seismic forces. This unit features a weight capacity based on 36-inch vertical beam spacing and is constructed from 14-gauge steel framework and beams fortified with additional cross braces. The uprights are made from heavy-duty 3" x 3" steel tubing, with seamless closed tube fully welded construction for enhanced durability. Oversized 5" x 7" base plates are welded to the upright frames for stability, while safety clips auto-engage to assure rack integrity and safety during use. This pallet rack upright is RMI certified, reflecting its adherence to recognized industry standards.
