The New Yorker® A Regid Valance awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, is a popular fixed awning suitable for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel conditions such as up/down drafts and obstacle and weight positioning. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabric, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, offering rust, fade, and mildew resistance. The awning includes options for trim color and valance style, and installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. This elegant slope awning has a solid frame straight valance and comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
