The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning by Beauty-Mark® and AwnTech® is a fixed awning suitable for both residential and commercial applications, designed with a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame and stainless steel hardware engineered to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, having been tested in extreme wind tunnel conditions including up/down drafts, obstacle, and weight positioning. The canopy is crafted from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, available in various designer solids and stripes with options for trim color and valance style. Installation involves securing a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. The product features an elegant slope design with a solid frame straight valance and comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
