The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning by AwnTech® is a widely used fixed awning suitable for both residential and commercial applications. It features a robust full load-bearing frame made from structural aluminum and stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacle, and weight positioning. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into them, and tightening. The canopy is crafted from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns with UV and water-resistant coatings, available in various designer solids and stripes. Options include trim color and valance style. The awning has an elegant sloped design with a solid frame straight valance. It comes with a 5-year limited warranty, and the acrylic fabric is rust, fade, and mildew resistant.
