The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning by Beauty-Mark® (AwnTech®) is a widely used fixed awning suitable for both residential and commercial applications, featuring an elegant sloped design with a solid frame straight valance. The awning includes a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down draft, obstacle, and weight positioning tests. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening, making assembly straightforward. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, ensuring resistance to rust, fading, and mildew. The fabrics are available in numerous designer solids and stripes, with options for trim color and valance style. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
