The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed as a fixed awning suitable for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacle impacts, and weight positioning. The canopy is constructed from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and available in multiple designer solids and stripes. The kit includes options for trim color and valance style. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. The awning has an elegant slope with a solid frame straight valance design, and the product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
