The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning by Beauty-Mark® offers a fixed awning solution suitable for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing frame made of structural aluminum with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts and obstacle weight positioning. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, placing the awning into them, and tightening, making assembly straightforward. The canopy is constructed from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, which are 100% solution dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, providing resistance to rust, fading, and mildew. The fabric comes in various designer solids and stripes, with options for trim color and valance style, and the design includes an elegant slope awning with a solid frame straight valance. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
