The New Yorker® a Regid Valance Awning by Awntech® is a fixed awning suitable for both residential and commercial applications, featuring a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware designed and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacle, and weight positioning tests. The package includes a solid frame with a straight valance and a canopy made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, which are woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, available in many designer solids and stripes, with additional options for trim color and valance style. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning in place, and tightening it. The fabric is rust, fade, and mildew resistant, and the product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
