The New Yorker® A Regid Valance awning by Beauty-Mark® and AwnTech® is a fixed awning suitable for both residential and commercial applications, featuring a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware engineered to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, having undergone extensive wind tunnel testing including up/down drafts and obstacle weight positioning. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabric woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and is available in multiple designer solids and stripes with options for trim color and valance style. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, placing the awning into them, and tightening. The awning is characterized by an elegant sloped design with a solid frame straight valance and carries a 5-year limited warranty.
