The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, is a fixed awning designed for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel conditions such as up/down drafts, obstacles, and weight positioning. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabric, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings to ensure rust, fade, and mildew resistance. The awning includes a solid frame with a straight valance and comes in many designer solids and stripes with options for trim color and valance style. Installation involves securing a few wall brackets, positioning the awning, and tightening it in place. The product carries a 5-year limited warranty.
