The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, is a highly durable fixed awning designed for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacles, and weight positioning. The canopy is constructed from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and resistant to rust, fading, and mildew. The awning includes options for trim color and valance style and is designed with an elegant slope and solid frame straight valance. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. The product carries a 5-year limited warranty.
